All controllers are brand new OEM microsoft controllers. The paint on our custom controllers is a state of the art clear sealer base that is very durable and can handle the daily abuse of a true gamer. Many options are available like our personal favorite of adding your gamertag or our signature marbelizing effect. We also offer you the opportunity to design your own controller with an image that you have created. Please remember we are not able to use copyrighted images on your custom controller. The Skyrim controller on this page was designed to use as display to show our ability to do most any graphics. Quality Controllers

Our controllers are passed through a rigorous inspection process of checking every button and every detail on the controller. If your not happy with your controller you have 7 days to contact us and we can try to resolve this issue.  We do not offer a warranty on our products but if your not happy please email us so we can discuss all options with you.  If you order your analogs painted we do not offer any warranty on this but would love feedback on how there doing. We haven't had any problems and hope to continue that success.
